I started my Real Estate career almost 20 years ago in Colorado. After co-owning two RE franchises in the Denver Metro area for the majority of my time there, we decided it was time for a change. We already owned property in Chama, New Mexico, and in 2021 decided to make it our full time home. I found United Country NNMRE and it was an immediate fit! I continue to hold my Colorado RE license and now focus on helping folks with their Real Estate needs in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico.

Melissa Clark has been a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker since 2000. She is employed as a Qualifying Broker for United Country Northern New Mexico Real Estate located in Chama NM, where she has lived and owned property since 1997. She has represented hundreds of Sellers and Buyers of Real Estate in the Chama area during her time there and enjoys every aspect of being a Realtor.  She is also the Western Region Business Consultant and a National Real Estate Trainer for United Country Real Estate and works closely with all of the United Country affiliates across the nation.

Melissa’s expertise is in NM ranches and farms for sale, recreational and horse properties in the Southwest, New Mexico hunting land for sale, Heron and El Vado Lake vacation homes and properties, Brazos cabins for sale, Ticonderoga properties and Lakes on the Chama homes and land for sale. She is extremely familiar with the properties around Chama, including Los Ojos, Rutheron, Tierra Amarilla, Los Brazos, Dulce, Laguna Vista, Pinon Ridge, Ponderosa and Chama West. Her concentration is in Northern NM but she serves the entire state and is qualified to meet your needs as a buyer’s broker or listing broker for any and all New Mexico Real Estate.

Melissa’s interests include hiking, fishing, camping, 4-wheeling and hunting all over the state of New Mexico, especially in the Carson National Forest, the Pecos Wilderness, The Rio Grande National Forest and the Santa Fe National Forest.
